The girl at front desk was 100% more than cordial than concluding visit. I exercise think a more individual give-and-take of why I'm at that place should be sought. Today's visit at Urgent Care North Hills location was overall splendid. Everyone I have encountered today provided the highest customer service which I wanted to express my deepest thank you so I would like to provide a rave review on all of them. Brenda at the front desk was very attentive and got me checked in rather quickly upon my arrival which surprised me.She was very polite and well mannered and fifty-fifty graciously helped me with my inquiry after my appointment. She spoke with clarity and communicated very well. Ruby was my nurse and she was a sweetheart. She gave me thorough directions for my lab work and communicated clearly the directions too. She even checked up on me while I saturday waiting for a while for my results and followed up with my nurse practitioner without me even having to request that. Also she provided me with a refreshing cup of h2o again without me having to ask which I needed since I was parched while waiting. That is top notch customer service! Erica was my ten ray technician and she explained clearly to me what was going on and how she would go on and eased my fretfulness. She had a friendly demeanor and fabricated sure my xrays were what they needed to be and got me in and out rapidly and finer. Marissa was my nurse practitioner and I must say she must be the most thorough gentle hearted nurse practitioner that I have ever encountered at an urgent care. I have been to urgent cares all my life and accept never encountered such thoroughness and patience for all my questions. She reassured me of my concerns and requested labs to be performed for all my problems. In my prior experiences my visits with urgent cares accept been just verbal consultations so I take much appreciation for Marissa and what she provided for me today and limited my deepest gratitude. I wish in that location was some manner to thank all these lovely ladies directly for their great patience and friendly demeanor and splendid client service particularly during this disquisitional time. If y'all tin delight reward them and keep up the nifty work in hiring wonderful homo beings who are taking care of us out there. I have much appreciation for all of you.

Due to my primary care not being honest with me and not giving my intermission down of blood work to meet my red cells-white cells-saccharide and platelits since April. I finally flipped out at her role last week to become all bloodwork and urine done. I have had10009 my ocf sugar in my liver and she came out with fTty kicerdeseace. And so came out with my white jail cell count was wY too high. She called in April or May and said all your results came back negative but the lab was contaminated. !! What would you think? Your samples were contaminated and you needNew order for blood and urine. I now get my testing done at urgent care for anything as Brookside Medical has turned me totally off. Information technology is run under Scott Wilson just he has never met me. I become to a PAKristen Meegan that does not heed to my needs. I feel now she has given me and then many drugs I sleep during the solar day and upwards all night. I have decided to modify DR'sand go to Lincoln Urgent Intendance. Become my total annual in that location, arrange my meds and go all new testing washed over again. Brookside chosen and asked me for my annual they did not accept anyo record that I had my mammogram done. I had my bone density done. And I had my Pap smear done HELLO. Any other Dr I went to in past years would accept that faxed right to them. Long story curt I will become to Brookside and tell them how terrible they are. They have also many patients-2000-a d not enough staff and still taking new pAtients. I could tell yous ugly stories of people that were in Brookside office that did not get medicine in time-2- weeks late and a woman'r husband had a eye assault. To end this story stay away from Brookside Medical. I will exist going to Lonv Lincoln Medical exercise ( I think) or something like on -3- wake Robin Rosd in Lincoln. on September was 6th need to ostend.

I have know Dan Murtha thru business networking, many years. He has always dine amazing work with overall operation. I got to witness that when I prepare upward and had a COVID test. I chosen due south few days ahead, to schedule. The lovely female staff member instructed me that if I fo online to register the day earlier (8am is when schedule is set up for side by side twenty-four hour period) that I should be able to become 3 appts in together, without trouble. Wednesday, I had alittle difficulty registering my hubby. I chosen and spoke to Clinical staff member Erica. She assisted me with online registration. I was stressed with the thought that my married man had been exposed to the virus, and myself and my mother in police likewise had to exist tested. I wanted to make sure that all 3 of u.s.a. were tested in 10 min time frames consecutively. Erica was compassionate to my needs, registering us from her terminate. I was able to fill out insurance from my telephone hands. I liked how I was informed via text, and could check my look time. I arrived 20 mins early, and did not have a long expect time. Outside of edifice looked clean and neat. Inside was busy in relaxing neutral colors with a modernistic experience. Immaculate! Very big waiting area immune seating to be properly spaced, and and then some! Aliki Galandos took our info from motorcar, called usa to come in, and brought usa dorsum to complete testing. She was patient, answering all of our questions cheerfully. She explained procedure and allowed time for any other questions.(first time for all of us!). She explained timing of pcr test results, and how to call up them thru Lab Corp online. Excellent experience. We left extremely satisfied. I have ever referred family and friends to this Urgent Intendance since I met Dan, and saw his passion regarding his extremely well run forepart staff and clinical team. This week I got to witness the great intendance myself, and I was non disapointed!

I arrived at 8:30am so I could get in line. When I went into hallway I read a sign that said go back to your car & fill up out paperwork. I tried to retrieve paperwork but couldn't find it. I and so called the function #. A very rude women asked if I had a Dr'southward referral. She then rudely transferred me to a chief # which was no help. I went back into hallway & waited in a line. And then ane person said to someone yous accept to take photo of a code to get you paperwork. I and so tried to get photo which took several try's. I returned to my car & filled it out. It was lengthy & took some time. Finally I submitted information technology & received a note proverb their were 0 patients ahead of me. So I went back into hallway. I looked threw the window on door & saw a patient filling out paperwork on a clip board. So I went in. The window urgent care lady came to window & explained to me I needed to expect in my car fit a text. She said all the rooms were occupied. She was nice. Then I did just was concerned because I was the 2nd car in that location at 8:30am & had all these other patients before me. At 10:30am I was text to come up in & go to room 8. So I checked in at window again & was told someone would come up out to get me. I then was called to enter the room. The nurse was prissy in request me questions & taking vitals. I asked if I was to receive the regular test & she said yes. She also explained the wait menstruum for results. I was given the test with a protruding stick going into each nostril for vii seconds in each nostril. She said it would tickle but information technology didn't. It was merely slightly uncomfortable. Dr Lana then came in. She asked me questions & had me try to scent a alcohol swab. She was very dainty & concerned. I felt confident & comfortable with the Dr & nurse. The Dr explained the patient letter of the alphabet sheets the nurse had given me. She was very thorough. At 11am I was released & able to go home.

I have so much to say about my feel this evening. This was our first visit here. Being a parent with a ill child is so stressful in itself. Dealing with all the technicalities of getting them scheduled, seen, treated and insure that they are receiving quality care always make this situation even more exhausting. The staff at Urgent Intendance for Children, Chattanooga completely irradiated all my added stress and anxieties tonight. From the online scheduling, to Robin welcoming the states so warmly the moment we crossed the threshold. It was a late Fri evening which normally adds to the stress of assuring your child's needs are met before options for care are express and pharmacies are endmost. We walked into the lobby and information technology felt like a warm hug. The facilities were immaculate. The medical staff quickly brought usa back and listened attentively to all of my concerns and made my girl at ease immediately. After a throat swab not only my girl but my very tired son who had to bring together is, got popsicles while we waited. Dr Pierce was and then kind and very attentive. She payed such close attention to detail and was wonderful with my daughter. She was very knowledgeable about the issues we were having and validated all of my concerns. I then did the unthinkable!!! I waited five minutes and was able to have her prescription filled there. No driving to a second location, dragging a very tired 7 twelvemonth one-time boy, and very uncomfortable five year one-time back out into the motorcar to travel however far on a Friday night, just to drag them into another facility to Await for a prescription to be ready. I walked out into the parking lot and administered her showtime dose of antibiotics. She literally was checked in, evaluated, had labs, checked out and began treatment is 35 minutes. I can not say enough nigh my experience tonight.

Unfortunately I've had to visit the urgent care 5 times in the terminal 2 weeks for myself and two of my children. Thankfully every single time the staff has been amazing. I understand await times are a part of the business so I will not complain, but the new check in organisation really helps specially with fiddling kids information technology's easier to complete rather than trying to complete the newspaper forms. The desk staff is e'er helpful and you never seem like your annoying them past asking questions (especially considering they are asked multiple times how much longer by patients every fourth dimension I've gone, they never once had an attitude about it), the Doctors or PA's are always friendly and personal which e'er helps cause trusting them with my toddler girls is my biggest concern and they never fail. Besides, twice I went with my daughter with autism and both times they were so great and patient with her, one of the assistants especially there was friendly and walked her to the room even though she didn't know she had autism and was having a moment, and it may seem small only being able to at-home her in that situation is magic. It was some other assistant helping us and when she saw her crying she just held out her paw and she walked my girl to the room, which again I know seems simple, simply with an autistic toddler information technology tin turn into a much bigger result in those surround. I'thousand deplorable I don't accept names of everyone, just I recommend this urgent care to everyone. Even though my co-pay is more hither I ever prefer coming here than my doctors function. So give thanks yous again for all the entire office does, and making my girls feel comfortable and happy. One final bit, when I outset told my 3 year former I had to accept her to the doctor she cried and cried, saying "no doctor no medico", the second time we went she literally was happy going in.... to the doctor, and I know it was all thanks to that assistant that walked her to the room the first time. Cheers

Usually I would give 5 stars for all just I came in for breast pains and I was told I had to sign a consent form and I could exist seen immediately. Well I had time to fill out all of the paperwork and spotter everyone in the front off nursing staff and front function workers talk while I cried and held my chest. The person who drove me asked how long information technology would be considering I was going to go somewhere else due to lack of sense of urgency. The forepart desk-bound worker ARGUED WITH ME ABOUT MY INSURANCE Carte. I'thousand having chest pains the last thing I want to do is look upwardly my insurance and she told me she couldn't await it up which is wrong because I've done medical insurance billing and medical forepart office piece of work. They should absolutely exist ashamed of themselves for making middle contact with me visibly in distress and carrying on talking loud enough I know everyone's business organization. I finally told them I was leaving because obviously no one cared nigh what was happening to me and then people from the back came out to see what was going on and there was of a sudden a room ready…. The experience however in the back when I was seen was superb. Incredible bedside fashion from adriane and the other nurse who'southward proper noun I cannot remember. I somewhen saw the nurse practitioner whom I found to be extremely professional person, thorough, provided me data, and I felt ameliorate walking out of the door. I will NEVER go to that urgent care again considering had I been having an actual centre attack I would have died earlier I made it back to see the md.

It was 10pm on a Friday night and I needed to run across a Doctor. I looked online and randomly chose Reliant Urgent Care at LAX. I called several times and nobody answered. WTF? That doesn't seem very Reliant to me. Not a practiced sign. I decided to go anyhow. So, I went to Reliant LAX Urgent Care expecting the worst. The very worst. How could information technology not be? It's at LAX, right? Had to be All Bad. I was then Incorrect. Filled out all the paperwork online earlier going. Walked in and the place was packed. Ugh! Went out to move my machine, came back and was called 5 minutes afterwards. NO long await! No other paperwork! Nurse walked into the examination room backside me. Md walked in 5 minutes later. Explained everything thoroughly -answered all my questions. Less than 5 minutes later, the "Shot" guy jabbed me with a dose of Antibiotics --painlessly! and done! Every person that helped me was SUPER nice and knew how to do their task [for once]. Plus- the office was modern and squeamish and pleasant. ....and my visit was completely covered by insurance. (Medi Cal) I don't know these people and Nobody asked me to write this. We're all quick to rag almost incompetent terrible service, but it's time people who do an outstanding job are commended. This was definitely not the grimey back alley morgue I convinced myself it was going to be. I'm so happy I chose this place. **My merely complaint: Set up the telephone system. Reliant Urgent Care has several locations and they all have the same telephone number. Information technology was impossible to call them to find out if they were open or if they could even help me; or if they would accept my insurance. Someone needs to respond the phone. In an urgent situation I need to speak to someone who can assure me they're going to do whatever they can to help.

I went to the Glendora, CA Urgent Care location on 5/14/21 at approx. 6:00 pm for relief from severe itching, sneezing & other debilitating symptoms acquired past my seasonal allergies. I was greeted by the woman seated at the front desk immediately & brought into an exam room equally shortly equally I checked in, since there were no other patients in the waiting expanse at the time I arrived, which I was very grateful for. All of the staff & I were wearing masks for Covid rubber, which I too appreciated. The woman at the front desk was polite & efficient. The human (nurse?) who greeted me, weighed me & gave me an injection was friendly & kind, & even seemed to retrieve me from my last visit to this office in February with the same symptoms. Even though he was polite & totally professional, information technology was very embarrassing for me to have a young man weigh me & give me an injection in my bottom. I gauge I'yard old-fasioned & very shy, because I would accept preferred a woman nurse, at to the lowest degree to give me the shot, or to exist asked if I had a preference, or had a woman present in the room when he injected me. When he took my blood pressure, the sleeve was very tight on my arm & hurt quite a chip. He apologized for this. The PA I saw, Tallin Martirossian, was very kind, comforting & prompt. Afterward my injection, she instructed me to wait 10 minutes earlier I left the role, which I did. Unfortunately, about xx minutes later, when I went to the CVS store side by side door to make full my prescription, I had a very bad reaction to the shot I got (a steroid). I had excruciating hurting on the site of the injection (very high on my bottom/lower dorsum/hip) & upwards my back. I felt like I was going to vomit or faint. I had to find a chair in the shop to sit downwards. I was in so much hurting, that I had to call my husband to drive to CVS from our dwelling house, to walk with me dorsum to the Urgent Care function to run into the doctor over again. It was a very scary & upsetting experience. I accept never had such a bad reaction to an injection earlier, not even to the two Covid vaccine shots that I received in April. And I have received steroid shots for my severe allergy symptoms many times in my life, with no astringent pain afterward. The PA & the male person nurse/banana were both concerned & caring when my married man & I returned to their office. They allowed me to lay downwardly on the exam tabular array in an exam room, asked relevant questions & offered me water. However, the PA did not explain what caused my severely painful reaction to the shot. I was in too much pain to ask questions. Thankfully, after nigh 30 minutes laying down in the examination room, my pain subsided & I was able to walk out of the office with my husband at about vii:30 pm, 90 minutes after I first walked in. In spite of my very painful & scary reaction to the injection I received, I would however return to this Urgent Care function, due to the staff's promptness (almost zero await time!), kindness & considerateness. I don't blame the staff for the hurting I experienced, although I did wonder if the shot would accept hurt as desperately if the male nurse had injected me lower on my bottom. But I didn't pull my pants downwards very far due to my embarrassment & he seemed sensitive to this! One proffer: when the assistant & PA/physician first greet patients in the reception expanse, at the scale, & exam room, they should ALL Innovate THEMSELVES & state their championship/task. ("I'1000 Mike & I'grand an EMT. I'thousand Susan & I'm a Physician'south Assistant.") This should be a standard practice at ALL medico's offices, especially Urgent Intendance clinics. Information technology tin can be uncomfortable & scary being treated by a complete stranger. I also received a presciption at this appt., which I was grateful for. The PA seemed to have a tape of my previous visit there, which I appreciated. And then overall, I would charge per unit my experience at this office a 3 out of 5 stars, or 7 out of 10! And I will become dorsum in that location if necessary, fifty-fifty though I had such a painful reaction to the injection. I hope this long review is helpful to you in providing excellent service to all patients at your Urgent Care. They provide an important service to the Glendora community. Give thanks you!

It was the most caring and friendly hospital visit I've ever had, I'm very stubborn almost going to dispensary'southward, they make me nervous and I feel like just another number on at that place to do list, merely the Side by side Care Urgent Intendance in Arvada fabricated me feel like I was a long time friend of the family, information technology was very neat and organized, and they asked if I could stay 15-20min after my handling to make certain the shot I received didn't make me nauseous, and they spent extra time to explain everything that was wrong with me, and answered all my questions without looking at me like I was delaying at that place day, and the gentleman that checked me in was very professional person and very polite, fifty-fifty with my worn out Medicaid carte, he was looking at it like it was brand new, and helping other folks and taking care of the telephone calls all at once without even missing a beat, and a grinning on his face up the whole fourth dimension he did it, that takes pride and dedication to be able to do something like that, trust me on that because I take been to the doctor'south dozens of fourth dimension'due south in my life, and over the last 7yrs. I oasis't been to the clinics at all considering of the the fashion I have been treated, but today's visit that I wasn't even going to become to fabricated me experience like in that location are clinic's that really care for people like the way they would desire to be treated if they were wearing someone else's shoes, it definitely took all the stress and feet away from me about all the bad experiences I've had in the by, Cheers Very Much Next Care, You Folks Are Awesome. yours truly Bryan B.

I am a nurse who has spent my 22 year career working in a medical office/dispensary, specifically family medicine, pediatrics and ob/gyn. I'd like to call up that I am pretty knowledgeable with the internal workings of an function, and accept experienced both well run and greatly mismanaged, even hostile work environments. When I say that my engagement today at AFC provided me with the all-time patient experience to date, I mean it wholeheartedly. From my commencement interaction with the kind front part staff, who didn't immediately turn me abroad, despite it being explained to me that their schedule was full. Instead they were professional and compassionate and sought out a provider to ask if information technology would be possible for me to be seen. That simple act of caring and effort they made for me spoke to the quality of this do's employees. I was given as appointment and was explained to that I may need to wait an hr. After being turned away from my primary doctor'south part and 3 other urgent care facilities already that mean solar day...and needing a medical examination, I was and then grateful and had no problems with the wait. It was not 10 minutes of waiting before I was called back to the exam room to be seen, and was greeted again, with another professional person and kind employee...the nurse who triaged me. She was friendly, skilled, patient, efficient and most of all, empathetic to my needs. I was then greeted by the PA, who I only waited minutes to see. And again, I'm listened to past some other employee of AFC who provided me with such kindness, professionalism and exceptional and efficient care. My appointment ended at the checkout receptionist, and for my fourth professional, kind, compassionate and positive interaction with this role'south staff. I tin tell you that the owner/managers of AFC Fuquay Varina are stellar and it's quite obvious that their staff dear their workplace, and it absolutely makes the level of patient care acme-notch! I will admittedly choose AFC exclusively in the futurity for my family unit and my urgent medical needs! Thanks all...I am truly grateful and over-satisfied with the care provided to me today.

I take been extremely sick for four days now and I have been hither several times and I e'er had a great experience but this fourth dimension they did not offer to take my temperature or bank check my oxygen all they did was take my blood pressure The doc did listen to my breathing and and so they give me a shot and the doctor told me he was going to give me some medicine they did not do an 10-ray on my chest which is extremely congested and feels similar I take a horse on superlative of me it was belatedly when I got there and I empathize they were tired and set up to become home but still even so when a sick person comes in you lot would remember they would accept care of them as they would if it was in the morning. I was very disappointed and I am withal very sick and volition probably terminate upwardly having to become to the hospital perhaps that's where I should've went to brainstorm with but I volition not use Sevierville Hospital then I take to go to Knoxville and I have no energy and really don't know that I want to brand that drive by myself. I know y'all tin telephone call an ambulance just I don't feel like this is an emergency merely if my animate does not get improve maybe it will be. I just feel like they could take washed more as far as check me out instead of simply giving me a shot and a Z pack and prednisone and sent me home. I actually simply experience like they should've checked my oxygen they should've checked my temperature and they should've at least done a breast 10-ray I was just very disappointed this time. I recommend them considering it is always been a good place but I'yard trying to just make it out as the fact that they shut at viii and I got there at 7 and so they were gear up to go dwelling. I tested negative for Covid but non that I want that Q-tip shoved upwards in my nose merely I really don't think they are testing right because it only barely went up in my nose. I feel like they should do a different type of Covid test if they don't know how to put the Q-tip in the nasal and actually get a good swab. Just makes me wonder do I take Covid and accept I exposed others so I am being very safe at dwelling and staying away from everyone because I am and so sick I have no energy and I really can't drive right now. And I don't really have anyone to help me because everyone has a life and information technology's kind of hard to ask them to stop what they're doing to accept me to the doctor that may take hours you never know. I just thought that urgent care was my best bet because information technology has always been in the by this fourth dimension I actually just feel like they were washed with the day and wanted out of at that place. If I'm not amend in a few days I'm going to have to go to the hospital and I don't want to. Then I will exist exposed to all those germs that has been brought in at that place. I accept a very depression immune system and take hold of everything and anything and so I'm scared to get to the infirmary but at the same time if I go worse or do not get better I'chiliad going to have to when I actually experience similar the urgent care could've helped me meliorate than they did.

I cannot limited how grateful I am to have this ProHealth facility nearby. Fifty-fifty in these crazy times, the facility was, as always, clean, dependable and filled w caring employees. I had called my master for an appointment, thinking I had a severe sinus infection. Understandably, as some of my symptoms overlapped westward COViD 19 symptoms (severe headache, dizziness, nausea), she asked me to go to a (different) urgent care instead. I knew amend, and went to Pro-Health immediately. While I had the option to make an engagement online, they were running 3 days out, so I tried my luck, and walked in. I knew I could count on their safety protocols. I was the only person in the large waiting room. In that location was a receptionist on the telephone when I arrived, it wasn't 5 seconds later that a 2d appeared, took my info (I wanted a rapid COVID 19 test first, in case). He apologetically explained that he would telephone call me on my cell when it was time to come in. I laughed: under the circumstances, I expected to wait up of 3 hours! They texted me a link, and I filled out paperwork in the car, then rec'd a link letting me watch my verbal place in line, in real time. Clearly, they have some staff dealing w walk-ins, and others with those w appts. I was called in less than 50 mins afterward! This was my offset COVID test, and we've all heard stories virtually that nasal/"brain" swab! This technician was thorough, but gentle. No sudden poke, merely gentle twisting in both nostrils, sure to get at different parts of each nostril. I was asked to expect in the room for results, which came back (negative🤗) in less than a half hour. The Dr who came in to follow up about my sinus infection was professional person and personable. As I'd had no fever, and was already taking Flonase, he started me on a 6 solar day course of steroids. 2 1/2 days in, and I already meet an improvement!! I have used Pro-Health for years, whenever I was unable to see my chief. I accept never once been disappointed. How they can handle the corporeality of people they are, while keeping patients apart, is nothing brusque of astonishing!

I will beginning off by saying I take used this urgent care a few times and have been extremely happy with the intendance we have received. Even so, this 1 is a dissimilar story. I made an appointment due to high fevers, body aches, and chest discomfort of 5 days. The sugariness LPN who took intendance of me listened to my concerns. She decided to swab me for the flu. Every bit she was taking my swab to get tested the APN opened the door to our room. She was speaking to the LPN she said "did you become a PCR on her, this is probably COVID, not the flu". I had explained to the APN that I had merely tested negative for COVID two days ago, that I really did not think that's what this was. She got a rapid COVID test which was negative. She then said she would ship it off for PCR and that it would probably be positive and that's what we were dealing with. I asked her for a chest X-ray. She stated "your lungs sound fine". She offered to draw blood work, I agreed. She sent united states on our way telling us it was nigh probable COVID and that we would get the results tomorrow. My husband left from the urgent care and brought me to the ED where I am admitted for double pneumonia and having a sepsis work up. I'm glad I advocated for myself and didn't settle for a COVID diagnosis. If I would of waited too much longer I'thousand scared well-nigh how much worse it would of gotten. I think it'southward always wise to mind to your patients and non jump to one conclusion so fast ( and yes I take been fully vaccinated for COVID as well). But I am thankful for the sweetness LPN who seemed as she was concerned!

I am so very BLESSED! Dr. Ann helped me sooo much!! I am in Urgent Care, (it seems like) at least 2-iii times a month. I am mentally and physically disabled, a Single Parent and I have 3 children. I was in there for i 1/2 hours, due to everything being my fault. Dr. Ann was the only Doctor that was able to observe the truthful cause of my sickness. I have been ill for 2 months, fifty-fifty went to TMC a few weeks agone. All along, the fevers, hurting in my head, not sleeping, and sore throat, wasn't "Viral". Information technology was from an Ear Infection that had 2 months of dried upwards blood, (that turned black and difficult) in my Ear Canal. She took upward so much of her time on me, that I PRAY TO GOD, that HE Blesses her! All this time. Since July 17th, my birthday. I had gotten a "Daith piercing" to stop migraines from the TBI. Well, I blood a lot from the piercing, and when she said "she couldn't see inside my ear considering of the Wax buildup", I told her the truth. I went into Urgent Care thinking I had the Covid, or Mono (Dr. Ann simply diagnosed my 17 year old with it 6 days agone) and it was neither i. My Ear was infected. It took her one 1/2 hours to go 6 pieces of, (what looked like) anthracite coal out of my Ear Canal. Information technology was really 2 months of dried up blood. I'm cannot THANK Dr. Ann or the entire Staff, plenty! My eldest sister, is Dr. Annie Pearson. I practise hope i 24-hour interval they can encounter because my own sister was shocked that TMC didn't catch it! Adept Job Urgent Intendance for hiring Dr. Ann at Old Castilian Trail in Tucson, Arizona!!!!! Thank you, Maureen Pearson

I'm leaving a review because although my overall experience was great both of the two times I have gone to this urgent intendance I accept had great difficulty filling my prescriptions that the doctor gives me due to the urgent care not completing procedure on their end to fulfill the needs of the Veterans Affairs Urgent Care Benefit Criteria. Both the chemist's and the insurance have to terminate up calling the urgent care themselves to endeavor to get them to fix information technology. I am using the Veteran's Affairs urgent care organization benefit and that just allows the release of the medications if the urgent intendance contacts the insurance to inform them I have come up in for the urgent care visit. I fifty-fifty gave the forepart desk-bound a heads upward that this was a issue final fourth dimension and that I hoped it wouldn't happen once again because information technology actually does tie up the residual of the procedure earlier I went in for my appointment just when I went to collect my medications I found out it happened over again. I was left waiting at the pharmacy for 3 hours while the chemist tried to contact everyone, we fifty-fifty called the urgent care and they said they would do it but it wasn't completed. I decided to then not telephone call back again and try to coordinate between the 3 parties over again and go dorsum and forth for hours because the last time I had done that it took me a combined 9 hours and iii days. I paid without insurance for my medicine which was expensive considering I am ill and I am tired. Adjacent time I become in I really need to talk to the person who is responsible for putting this part in so that I dont have to go along going through this. It is very much avoidable. I know it is a new and confusing program but I would be more than than happy to get them on the phone with the person who tin teach them the proper steps to submit the protocol for the Veterans Affairs insurance. I was on concord for thirty minutes the last time the insurance rep explained information technology to someone over there.
